PCWCP: Assessment and Case Planning

This training is required for graduating social work students in their final semester who are participants in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services Public Child Welfare Certification Program. Components of this training include general assessment and the completion of the CPS and Concurrent CPS/DV Assessment and Documentation Tool (ADT), case planning, out-of-home care standards of practice and case planning, IV-E eligibility, assessing for child placement, emergency child placement and absent parent issues and the Family Team Meeting (FTM).
